311 SERVICE CENTER – COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENTS.

The 311 Customer Service Center is open and representatives will be available to accept your call Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You may also submit a service request by using the menu below, through the My Columbus mobile application and by e-mail at 311@columbus.gov.

REFUSE DIVISION CONTAINER CONVERSIONS - Continuing through 2020, the Refuse Division will notify affected residents via mail with detailed information about the replacement of 300 gallon containers with 90 gallon containers. Impacted residents will receive a notice prior to delivery of new 90 gallon containers. Following is the updated conversion schedule:

Alum Creek Station. BOUNDARIES: Frebis Ave, Hosack St, S 19th St, Parsons Ave. Will convert to 90-gallon collection the week of June 22, 2020.

July

Georgesville Road Station. BOUNDARIES: Sullivant Ave, Thomas Ave, Glenwood, Green St. Will convert to 90-gallon collection the week of July 20, 2020.

August

Alum Creek Station. BOUNDARIES: E 5th Ave, E 1st, St Clair Ave, Railroad. Will convert to 90-gallon collection the week of August 17, 2020.

September

Georgesville Road Station. BOUNDARIES: Town St, Sullivant Ave, Green St, Hawkes Ave. Will convert to 90-gallon collection the week of September 14, 2020.

October

Alum Creek Station. BOUNDARIES: E 5th Ave, I-670, Nelson Rd, Joyce Ave. Will convert to 90-gallon collection the week of October 12, 2020.

November

Georgesville Road Station. BOUNDARIES: King Ave, 5th Ave, Wyandotte, North Star. Will convert to 90-gallon collection the week of November 16, 2020.

December

Alum Creek Station. BOUNDARIES: Leonard Ave, Mt Vernon, Railroad, Graham St. Will convert to 90-gallon collection the week of December 14, 2020.

January - February, 2021

Georgesville Road Station. BOUNDARIES: 5th Ave, 3rd Ave, Oxley, Fairview. Will convert to 90-gallon collection the week of Jan 25, 2021 & Feb 22, 2021.
